I served as a member of the New Product Development team, where our company created bespoke Point of Sale solutions for our clientele. My involvement included working alongside clients such as SpotOn and Heartland, who are at the forefront of Point of Sale system providers. My responsibilities spanned overseeing custom hardware development from requirement collection, EVT, DVT, PVT, to MP production of the products. I executed FMEA and Root cause analysis for the newly developed products to minimize failure rates and also played a role in the ideation of groundbreaking concepts for upcoming products. Throughout this period, I also had to liaise with Product managers, designers, project managers, and the manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China.
